Tomatoes are harvested in BioSabor’s plantations in Almería, they are transferred in boxes for food use with a maximum net weight of 10 Kg until the manufacturing, heat treatment and packaging plant where they are processed according to standards endorsed by IFS certification. The processing comprises: selection, washing, brushing, crushing, sieving and deaeration.
Onion, garlic and tomato in the extra virgin olive oil, mix the rest of the components (take concentrated tea, salt, starch and sugar) with frying and proceed to pasteurization in a Multitubular Scraped Surfaces system and packaging using Tetra Brik Aseptic (TBA) machines.
The fillers are fed with rolls of paper with which they form a cylindrical tube through which a column of product circulates, the machine cuts the paper into packages to which by means of a system of doubles it gives the shape of the Tetra Prism.
