PLOT
Finca San Prudencio. A thin iron-clay topsoil layer over sandstone o East orientation, however the usual single orientation doesn’t apply due to the ancient “marco real” plantation frame (square sides). East elevated plot with a slight slant caused by a sandstone bed. Protected from the north by a stone hill and fig trees. HARVEST
Hand-picked in 12 kg cases.

WINEMAKING
Destemmed, both alcoholic and malolactic fermentations take place in 1,000 l. stainless steel vats. The wine is then aged in used French oak barrels for only 9 months in order to preserve the delicate notes and exceptional character.

TASTING NOTES
Intense and vibrant red fruit -raspberries, red currant combined with a bright
zesty acidity. To finish it off, the spectacular floral nose floats above it all.
