General Description: Mixed cow / sheep /goat cheese
Available in: 250g, 750g, 950g, 1,5kg, 3kg. (Raw milk or Pasteurized milk)
Ingredients:
Raw Milk Ingredients: Pasteurized cow’s milk (max. 50%), raw sheep (min. 15%) and pasteurized goat (min. 15%), stabilizer: calcium chloride, salt, rennet, preservative E-252 and lactic ferments.
Cured Ingredients: Pasteurized cow’s milk (max. 50%), sheep (min. 15%) and goat (min. 15%), salt, rennet, stabilizer: chloride calcium, preservative: lysozyme (derived from egg) and lactic ferments.
Tasting notes: Dairy aromas of yoghurt and butter. Marked softness making it slightly sticky and giving a pleasant oily sensation. Excellent harmony between flavour and texture. Medium intense aftertaste reminiscent of goat’s milk. Medium persistent flavour in the mouth.
