THE VINEYARD: The vines belong entirely to the family, which allows us to control productions, the treatments perform, and the selection of the different vineyards to make our different types of wine. In this way, we maintain regularly our quality goals. For the elaboration of this wine, we select the vines with an age over 20 years.
Elaboration: Destemming with control of temperature.
Breeding: Aging takes place for 12 months in French oak barrels and American new and semi new. Finishing its aging in the bottle where it is round out all its nuances.
Tasting notes: A wine with a medium-high layer, with aromas of ripe fruit and hints of spice, everything on a fine wood background and well integrated with the rest of shades. In the mouth it is smooth and balanced, with some tannins long and silky.
